IF THIS SOUNDS FAMILIAR

“My bloodwork is fine.
So why don’t I feel fine?”

You wake up tired after a full night. By mid-afternoon, you hit a wall. You’ve changed your diet, tried the supplements, and kept pushing through.

Your experience deserves a thoughtful conversation.

These tools help you organize what you’ve noticed so your next conversation starts with more than “I’m tired.”

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

A few things
to know.

Will a quiz tell me what’s wrong?

No. These are educational tools to help you notice patterns and prepare questions. They cannot diagnose a condition.

Do I need my old labs?

No, though they help. If you have saved them, keep them nearby for the lab guide or your next appointment.

Are these tools only for California?

The tools are free for anyone. Clinic visits are for California patients, by telehealth or in person in Testville.

Do you take insurance?

The practice is cash-pay. You can request a superbill to submit to your insurer. Reimbursement is not guaranteed.

Should I stop my medication?

Do not change prescribed medication based on these tools. Ask the clinician who prescribed it.

PREFER TO TALK IT THROUGH?

Your labs are already in a folder.
Let’s read them together.
